In this video podcast series we talk with leading feminists from the 1970s, 1980, and 1990s as well as with academics who specialize in the history of women from earlier decades. Produced in-house with contracted production support, we explore the lives and accomplishments of women across Canada, the organizations that promoted gender equality since Confederation and the issues and challenges women faced and overcame throughout the decades. 1000 Voices 1000 Stories is oral history captured on video as part of The Women’s History Project.
